If you are an aspiring brewer, underground homebrewer, entrepreneur, or investor looking to get into the booming craft beer industry, then Drink Japan 2021 may just be the catalyst you need to realize your ambitions. This annual event showcases Japan’s beverage industry and, in recent years, has expanded to include vendors from the craft beer industry.

Now in its 6th year, Drink Japan is, according to its own website, “Japan’s largest B to B trade fair for beverage, alcohol and liquid food development/manufacturing technologies.” What that means for aspiring craft beer professionals is that there will be vendors offering everything from an array of equipment solutions to raw materials. Exhibitors will include equipment maker Kotobuki Techrex, the malting company Saga Armstrong Brewing (featured in the summer edition of Japan Beer Times), and many more.

Obviously, seasoned brewers can benefit from attending. Looking to expand? Talk to manufacturers directly. You’ll find brewery systems, bottling lines, refrigeration technology and any other solution you’ll probably need. There will be plenty of opportunities for consultation.
