Spring Bacchanal Friday April 15th 2016

There’s a great party coming up on April 15th at Roti Roppongi. Some of our long-time readers may remember that we designated this one of the best craft beer restaurants in Japan a couple of a years ago. Executive chef Ian Tozer has even contributed one of his delicious recipes to our publication. In addition to his fantastic food, the party will also feature craft beers from Washington State in the U.S. We featured one of those breweries, Schooner EXACT, in the most recent issue of Japan Beer Times if you want to read more about them.
